Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard in the first ten days of September; controlled temperature fermentation for 15 days and subsequent maturation in steel for 4 months; second fermentation in autoclave for approximately 2 months.

Tasting

Bright golden yellow color; nose of lemon, green apple, peach and brioche; fresh and decisive sip, accompanied by mineral notes.

Aperitif, seafood appetizers, cured meats and cheeses.
