Description

The grape harvest takes place in September. After harvesting, a soft pressing is carried out and the must is fermented and matured in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After racking, the wine is always left to rest in steel tanks until March/April and then bottled.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Of beautiful freshness, it is expressed with citrus fruits, peach, apple and chamomile, with a good taste-olfactory correspondence. Excellent persistence with a savory and clean finish.

Delicate fish dishes, gratin vegetables and fresh cheeses.
