Meticulous selection of grapes in the vineyard, followed by manual sorting of individual berries; drying of the selected grapes for 45 days in specially ventilated rooms; further sorting and pressing; fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 28°C for approximately 15 days, followed by decanting in stainless steel; the wine ages in new barriques for 24 months, followed by 36 months in bottle.
Garnet red in color, intense and complex nose of red fruits and spices; enveloping on the palate with very fine tannins and a long finish with fresh and balsamic notes.
