Rosa Riviera del Garda Classico DOC, 2022

First pressing of grapes from vineyard plots harvested by hand when perfectly ripe; direct soft pressing in a lung press and temperature-controlled fermentation in steel; the wine matures for 6 months in steel and cement vats.

Light pink in colour, with onion skin tones. The nose is intense and elegant, with floral notes of rose and peach, and hints of small red fruits. Mineral on the palate with a saline note that balances the almondy sweetness.

Starters, first and second courses of seafood, shellfish, raw fish.
