Description

The grapes are harvested when fully ripe, to give a character and density almost like a red. Direct pressing and vinification of only the free-run must in barriques of different essences. It matures until the following spring in steel with continuous batonnage, carried out according to the lunar phases.

Tasting

Floral nose of rose, with notes of strawberry and cherry; intense and fresh sip, with an almond finish.

Shellfish, fish soups, fried seafood, pizza.
