Manual harvest at the end of August with selection of the grapes in the lower part of the vineyard, where maturation is slower. Fermentation in steel after direct pressing of the grapes which are vinified in white at a constantly controlled temperature of 15°C. The wine is aged for 6 months in steel tanks before being bottled, without malolactic fermentation occurring.
Onion skin pink color with coppery reflections; intense nose of small berries and pomegranate, with notes of jasmine and amaretto and a savory and fruity finish at the same time; balanced and soft sip, with nice refreshing acidity and good persistence.
