Roscetto (Trebbiano Giallo)
white vinification with selected yeasts, fermentation in steel at a temperature of 18°C without carrying out malolactic fermentation; refines in the bottle on the yeasts for 24 months before disgorgement.
Straw yellow color with golden reflections, fine and persistent perlage. Intense and fragrant nose with floral sensations that combine in perfect harmony with hints of yeast and bread crust. Clean, full sip, of great elegance and complexity, with a acidic and persistent finish.
