Description

Cryomaceration on the grapes, soft pressing, first fermentation and refermentation at low temperature with cryophilic yeasts; rest in the bottle on the yeasts for at least 24 months.

Tasting

Intense dog rose colour, scent of red fruit with fresh and floral notes; pleasantly soft, typically attributable to the grape variety of origin.
