Rose’ Rosae IGP 2023

Brief maceration on the skins, soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel and refinement on the fine lees.

With an intense cherry color, the nose expresses a light note of pepper, typical of Frappato, which alternates notes of wild wild strawberries and a hint of lemon thyme which gives the wine a rounded and spicy aroma. The low alcohol content makes drinking much easier, for a truly interesting and incredibly light rosé.

Aperitif, grilled fish.
