Description

Rubinere vineyard in the Moniga del Garda area, at an altitude of 220m. Limestone clay soil with hilly slopes. It matures in oak barrels for one year and refines for three months in the bottle.

Tasting

Bright red color with ruby reflections tending towards garnet with aging. Clear aroma of violets and wild berries. Full, round and flowing sip with good flavor and an accent of bitter almond that comes from the Groppello Gentile grape.

Pairings

Dry first courses, meat second courses, stews, braised meats and skewers with polenta.
