Description

Maniacal selection of the grapes also with the support of the optical selector; prefermentative maceration of 2 days followed by spontaneous fermentation. It remains on the skins for 3 weeks, it matures in barrels ranging from 30 to 50 hl for about 32 months.

Tasting

Light and brilliant ruby red color; nose of red fruits and violets, with notes of undergrowth and coffee; rich and enveloping sip, with dynamic tannins and refreshing acidity.
