Manual harvest in small boxes with selection in the vineyard; Spontaneous fermentation and maceration for 30 days at a controlled temperature of 28/30°C in steel vats. Maturation of 6 months in steel and 8 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Aged for at least 4 months in the bottle.
Ruby red color with garnet shades; nose of red fruits, morello cherry and violet, with notes of flint; intriguing and lively sip, with good freshness, soft tannins and long persistence.
Tuscan appetizers, cured meats and cheeses, first courses, grilled meats.
