Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; red vinification with fermentation in open truncated conical steel vats of 15 and 30hl; three daily pumpovers for approximately a week, another week in the closed vat with two pumpovers and finally the last week of rest before racking; the wine matures for a year in large oak barrels.

Brilliant ruby ​​red colour, nose of violets, raspberries and black cherries; fresh, balanced and silky sip.
