Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, short maceration with controlled temperature; maturation for 3 months in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by subsequent refinement in the bottle.
Brilliant ruby red colour; nose of red fruits, rose petals and aromatic herbs (sage stands out); enveloping and harmonious sip, of exceptional freshness.
Ground appetizers, first courses with meat sauces, medium-aged cheeses.
