Rosso di Valtellina DOC 2022

It comes from grassy vineyards facing south/east at an altitude of 350/600 m. After maceration for 70 days in 50 hl wooden vats, it refines for 5 months in 50 hl barrels and concrete tanks, to then complete the refinement in the bottle.

The glass shows a vivid and transparent ruby ​​color. The nose reveals aromas of raspberry, morello cherry and red currant, accompanied by subtle notes of violet and a delicate touch of spices. It has a moderate structure and intensity, characterized by compact but soft tannins, and a slightly fruity and austere flavour, which ends with savory sensations and a pleasant freshness.
