BottlesManual harvest in the second week of September; destemming and pressing of the grapes, 15 days of alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins; the wine matures in concrete tanks for about 7 months and refines for a few months in the bottle.
Nose of red fruits and flowers, with notes of wild herbs and hints of undergrowth; fresh and soft sip, good flavor and exquisite drink.
Grilled meats, medium-aged cheeses.
