Description

Long maceration on the skins in steel at a controlled temperature. Total malolactic fermentation. After racking, 2/3 of the wine ages in concrete tanks and 1/3 in French oak tonneaux.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color. On the nose aromas of blackberries and ripe berries with spicy hints. Full and persistent on the palate with round tannins.
