Description

After harvesting, the must ferments with the skins for 15 days; after fermentation the wine matures in concrete barrels awaiting malolactic fermentation, after which it is aged for 2 years in barriques. Refines for at least 24 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Bright ruby red colour; intense, very persistent nose, fine and fruity, with hints of cherry and morello cherry; dry and powerful sip, quite soft, with great body and finesse, very balanced and persistent.

Pairings

Stewed red meats, braised meats, first courses with game sauces, mature cheeses.
