Description

The harvested and destemmed grapes, after being cooled, are gently pressed; fermentation and subsequent refinement take place in temperature-controlled steel vats.

Tasting

Deep straw yellow color; intense fruity nose, with hints of white peach and wildflowers, and slightly balsamic notes; bold and structured on the palate, with a lovely mineral vein.

Pairings

Seafood appetizers and first courses, shellfish and molluscs, vegetarian dishes, fresh cheeses.
