The selected grapes are vinified separately by variety, using only the free-run must; part of the must is stored at 0°C to ensure a base cuvée is available over time; each year, the must and wine are blended and fermented in an autoclave using the Charmat method for approximately two months.
Pale pink color, fine perlage; delicate and fruity nose, of wild strawberry and blackcurrant; fresh and juicy sip, with fruity aftertaste and a lively finish.
Aperitif, land and sea appetizers, medium-aged cheeses.
