The grapes harvested in 500 kg bins are then pressed directly as a whole bunch. They are then aged for 7 months in cement and in old 600-liter barrels. Racking just before bottling, without filtration or additions.

Nose of Mediterranean scrub, with notes of wild herbs, citrus and balsamic hints; savory, fresh and persistent sip.
Seafood appetizers, crustaceans and molluscs, slightly mature cheeses.
