“Ruit Hora” Bolgheri DOC 2019

Grapes harvested by hand separately by variety and plot. A careful selection of the grapes precedes destemming, which is followed by the maceration phase in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. In this phase the alcoholic fermentation begins, which lasts for about two weeks, followed by racking and malolactic fermentation. After approximately 16 months of maturation in 35/50 hl oval barrels and barriques, the individual batches are assembled and the wine ages for a further 6 months in the bottle.

Brilliant and intense ruby ​​red colour; notes of ripe red fruit arrive on the nose which evolve into hints of tobacco and coffee. When tasted it is warm, soft with a spicy finish.

It pairs perfectly with game dishes and opulent first courses.
