Grapes harvested by hand, destemmed and pressed; traditional red vinification in contact with steel skins; fermentation, racking and light pressing; maturation in stainless steel, refinement in bottle.

Intense red color tending towards garnet. Enveloping and complex nose, of blackberry, plum and ripe cherry, with earthy and spicy notes, and hints of myrtle. Full sip, good acidity, with important returns of spices and aromatic herbs.
