Manual harvest at the end of September in small crates, destemming and spontaneous fermentation in cement with maceration on the skins for 30 days. Rest on the fine lees in French oak barrels for 30 months before blending and bottling.

Bright ruby ​​red in color. Elegant on the nose with pleasant notes of red fruit that blend well with hints of aromatic herbs that in turn leave room for mineral notes, to close with pleasant hints of chocolate and leather. Soft and warm on the palate, with well-blended and silky tannins. Excellent correspondence between aromas and taste. Persistent and fresh with a pleasant spicy note.
