Manual harvesting and selection of grapes; vinification in steel at a controlled temperature between 23°C and 25°C in order to preserve the fruity and young aromas; the fermentation with color setting lasts for approximately 13/18 days with double daily punching down of the must; malolactic fermentation carried out naturally, maturation in steel, refinement in the bottle.

Ruby red color with purple hues; on the nose hints of berries, geranium, violet and undergrowth; sip with good structure, with lively tannin and pleasant persistence.

Roasts, grilled meats, first courses with meat sauces.
