BottlesFermentation in 50 hl French oak barrels for 14 days. Maturation in 18 hl French oak barrels for at least 24 months. Bottle aging for a minimum of 9 months before being placed on the market. Vineyards cultivated in an extremely natural way, Native yeasts in the cellar, no fining, light and mechanical filtration, very little sulphur.
Intense ruby red color. Delicately floral, slightly spicy, elegant and ethereal scent in a complex and fine bouquet. Dry, medium-bodied taste, with well-balanced acidity. Harmonious, elegant, without evidence of hard tannins. A very pleasant aftertaste.
Pasta with meat sauces; delicate red meats (veal, pork, etc.); marinated and grilled white meats, game.
