Sagrantino Montefalco Passito DOCG 2019

The best Sagrantino grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard and then dried naturally; once the optimal sugar level and concentration have been reached, the bunches are completely destemmed, with fermentation in steel tanks and maceration for approximately 20 days; it then matures in oak barrels for 30 months.

Ruby red in color with violet hues, it is a triumph of sour cherry, myrtle, morello cherry and blackberry jams. Freshness well balanced by sweetness and acidity.
