“San Leonardo” Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2017

It is the symbolic wine of the estate, a Bordeaux blend of seductive elegance and exceptional longevity. The grapes are left to ferment spontaneously in small concrete tanks for approximately 15/18 days, with the use of daily pumping over and délestage. The wine matures for 24 months in first, second and third passage French oak barriques.

Intense ruby ​​red color. The olfactory notes are dark and classic: floral of dried violet, fruity of black cherry and plum, spicy of clove, a light tobacco and a balsamic touch. The taste is powerful and of great finesse, the finish is dry and savory.
