Description

The harvest and selection of the grapes are manual, the fermentation is spontaneous, without the addition of yeasts, and the maceration lasts from 15 to 20 days. The wine matures for 18/30 months in 10hl Slavonian oak barrels. Refines 12 months in bottle in underground winerys.

Tasting

Deep ruby red colour; fruity nose of cherry and blackcurrant, spicy with pepper and clove. Elegant, balanced and persistent sip, with great freshness and drinkability.

Tuscan appetizers, grilled red meats, roasts, mature cheeses.
