Description

The harvest takes place by hand in mid-September; the destemmed and pressed grapes ferment in steel tanks for 8/10 days at 16°C; the wine ages in tonneaux for 6 months and refines in the bottle for 6 months.

Fragrant and aromatic structured white wine with good balance and elegance. It has great staying power over time.
