Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; crushing-destemming, vacuum pressing, fermentation in steel; maturation in steel on the fine lees for one year with repeated batonnage; microfiltration by cartridge, bottling and aging for several years.

Tasting

Pale and brilliant straw yellow colour; pleasant and persistent nose with mineral, citrus and floral hints; very fresh sip, extremely persistent, with a great concentration of mineral salts, return of olfactory hints and a citrine finish.

Fried seafood or vegetables, grilled shellfish, grilled white meats, fresh cheeses.
