Traditional red vinification, with maceration for 18 days, at a temperature of 26/28°C. Passage for 18 months in new tonneaux with natural toasting, aging for at least one year in the bottle.

Brilliant ruby ​​red color with purple reflections; consistent and intense nose, complex and fine, fruity and spicy, of blackberry, currant and berries, with a background of toasting and tobacco, and ethereal notes. Soft, fresh, savory, intense and persistent on the palate, with well-present velvety tannins.
