Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 6/7 days with manual movement of the mass in steel and non-vitrified cement tanks; the wine matures in steel and cement for a few months before bottling.

Nose of morello cherry and durone, iris flower and rose; the sip is direct and savoury, whispered and exquisite, with a balsamic-vegetal note that further refreshes a fragrant and juicy fruit.
