Sassato Morellino di Scansano DOCG 2023

Sassato’ is a Morellino di Scansano made from pure Sangiovese grapes. A wine from the Scansano tradition that is only made in steel and briefly matured in the bottle, giving a direct taste of the region’s representative variety.

Bright ruby red in colour, intense notes of fresh red fruit and herbs on the nose, fresh, savoury and clean in the mouth, with well-integrated tannins and fruity aromatic returns.

Cold meats and cheeses, earthy starters, white meats.
