Description

Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard; vinification with maceration at a controlled temperature of 24/26°C in cement and steel vats, for about 10 days; after malolactic fermentation, the wine is racked and micro-oxygenated; it matures in steel vats and 30% in wood, for at least 4 months.

Tasting

Intense ruby red colour with violet hues; intense nose of fruit jam and notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, cherry, cocoa and liquorice; round, soft mouthfeel with an aromatic finish.

Pairings

First courses with meat sauces, stews, braised meats, grilled red meats, mature cheeses.
