Description

From the vineyards located in Montefranco, near Merano, at 450m above sea level on porphyritic soil, a pure Sauvignon with classic white vinification; half of the mass ages for 6 months in steel, the other half in oak.

Tasting

Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Very pronounced bouquet, with the scent of fig milk and currants. Mineral on the palate, well structured and with good acidity.

Pairings

Risotto with asparagus, grilled shellfish, semi-mature cheeses.
