Description

From pure Sauvignon Blanc grapes, grown between 350 and 400m above sea level. Fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, with partial malolactic fermentation. Aging 12 months in French oak barriques and 10 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour; distinctly aromatic nose of medicinal herbs and wild flowers. Structured sip, supported by the wood that accompanied both fermentation and refinement.

Pairings

It pairs well with risottos and white meats in general.
