Description

The must remains on the press for a long time, then is settled in steel. Fermentation takes place in steel (60%) and in small wooden barrels (40%) at a temperature of 18-20 °C. The subsequent refinement on fine yeasts takes place for approximately 10 months.

Tasting

The aromas recall gooseberries and lemon, accompanied by notes of freshly cut grass. The sip is dominated by minerality.

Light appetizers, pasta dishes with vegetables, delicate fish, fresh cheeses.
