The grapes are fermented in stainless steel after being destemmed and left on the skins for about 12 hours; the wine ages on the fine lees in steel for 6 months.
Straw yellow in color, a nose of melon and aromatic herbs; light and mineral on the palate, medium-bodied and discreetly complex.
Seafood appetizers, grilled fish, mild cheeses.
