Description

Manual harvest in small 20 kg crates, in the first ten days of October, with careful selection in the vineyard; soft destemming, inoculation of selected yeasts and fermentative maceration for 20 days on the skins, with pumping over of the must onto the pomace twice a day for a week; temperatures are maintained between 20 and 24°C; the wine ages in steel for 5 months.

Tasting

Ruby red color with light purple hues on the mature, slightly fruity nose, it is a medium-bodied wine with delicate tannins.

Pairings

Ground appetizers, cured meats and cheeses, grilled white meats.
