Aging in 20hl Slavonian oak barrels for 30 months in contact with the noble lees and bottling in the waning moon of August/September without filtration and clarification.

Intense ruby ​​red color, tending towards purple; characteristic nose of black pepper, with intense and penetrating notes of undergrowth, among which blackberry and raspberry stand out. Pleasantly tannic on the palate, with an intense return of the olfactory sensations of undergrowth and spiciness.

First courses with meat sauces, game, roast or grilled meats, braised meats, mature cheeses.
