Description

From grassy and non-irrigated vineyard. The meticulous selection of the grapes is followed by destemming, then fermentation for approximately 18 days at a controlled temperature of 26/27°C, with frequent pumping over. Aged in oak barrels.

Tasting

Ruby. It is a very elegant and balanced wine. Intense on the nose, it immediately opens with spicy aromas of cloves and pepper, which almost immediately give way to elegant aromas of violet, and then give way to fruitiness. In the mouth it is marked by splendid freshness and intense body, with spicy returns at the end.

Pairings

It is a very versatile wine, suitable for any meal, from aperitifs to important first courses. But elegance is not synonymous with lightness. Its structure pleasantly supports second courses such as mixed skewers of meat, game, braised meats and roasts. Also worth trying with stewed fish, perhaps smoked and spiced.
