Description

Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation in cement for about 14 days in contact with the skins; the wine ages for 22 months in barriques and refines for 36 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Bright ruby red color; elegant nose of cherry and plum, light toasting and mineral and spicy notes; enveloping, soft sip, of great freshness and length.
