Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; pressing and destemming, pneumatic pressing, decantation; fermentation at a controlled temperature, after which the wine is decanted; it rests in steel until spring, before being bottled.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with faint greenish reflections; delicately fruity and fragrant nose of vanilla, dry and balanced sip with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
