Semele Malvasia del Lazio IGT 2023

Harvest between mid-September and mid-October; soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature at 15/16°C for 12 days, with selected yeasts and without the addition of sulphites. Aging in steel for 2/6 months depending on the vintage.

Deep straw yellow colour. Intense and aromatic nose, fruity, with hints of white and yellow fruits; fresh and savory, clean and fruity sip.

Aperitif, savory pies, seafood appetizers, shellfish, white meats, fresh cheeses.
