Description

Manual harvesting in crates with selection in the vineyard at the end of September/beginning of October; after soft pressing of the grapes, the must, strictly protected from oxygen, is clarified by natural sedimentation; the wine matures 4/5 months in steel barrels on the fine lees regularly in suspension; it matures 2 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Straw-yellow colour; broad, complex and elegant nose of toasted hazelnut and aromatic herbs; dry, harmonious, velvety and fresh on the palate, with long persistence.

Seafood starters and main courses, crustaceans and molluscs, white meats, medium-aged cheeses.
