Description

Manual harvesting in boxes in the first half of October with careful sorting of the bunches; soft pressing, decanting of the first-pressing must for 18 hours at 10°C; fermentation at a temperature of 16/18°C in steel vats; the wine rests in steel and matures for a long time in glass.

Tasting

Yellow colour with greenish hues; intense nose of ripe fruit and citrus fruits; fresh, savoury, balanced and full-bodied on the palate.

Pairings

Seafood, white meat, medium-aged cheese.
