Sicè Nocera Terre Siciliane IGP 2014

Manual harvest of the grapes in the second ten days of September; fermentation in steel at 24/26°C, with maceration on the skins for 6/8 days; malolactic fermentation in steel. The wine then matures in large oak barrels and tonneaux, and refines for a few months in the bottle.

Ruby red color with violet reflections; complex and intense nose of red berries, with sustained hints of ripe fruit, floral and fresh fruity notes; touches of white pepper and resin. Sip with good structure and round fullness, harmonious, rightly tannic, fresh and balanced, with a pleasant aromatic persistence.

First courses with meat sauces, roasts, grilled meats, game, medium-aged cheeses.
