Manual harvest followed by selection of the grapes on a linear destemmer; red vinification with soft pressing in steel and controlled temperature fermentation; once drawn off, the wine matures in American oak barriques and second passage French oak tonneaux, with malolactic fermentation carried out; the rest lasts 6/12 months, then rest in steel and refinement in the bottle.

Ruby red color with violet hues; nose of crunchy, mineral red fruit, with floral, cherry and pepper scents, with a background of undergrowth; sip of light and elegant structure, with hints of graphite and a marked refreshing acidity.
