Siliquastro Sangue di Giuda dell’Oltrepò Pavese DOC 2024

Destemming and soft pressing of the grapes within half an hour of manual harvesting; cold maceration for 24 hours at 5/10 °C. Maceration continues at 15/20 °C for 4/6 days. Fermentation is stopped at -2 °C. Natural refermentation in autoclave. Isobaric bottling.

Intense red color with marked purple shades; lively purple foam. Delicate and inviting nose, with clear notes of red fruit and jam; slightly sparkling sip, with a sweetness that makes it easy to drink and extremely pleasant.

Baked pastries, dry pastries, fruit-based desserts.
